Phil Dekker

Phil Dekker has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Phil is currently serving as the Director of Project Management at BOS Innovations Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Engineering at the same company from February 2017 to November 2022.

Before joining BOS Innovations Inc., Phil worked at Presstran Industries as an Assistant Department Leader from June 2015 to February 2017.

Phil'sprevious roles include working at Brose Group as an Area Group Leader Technical Functions from August 2013 to June 2015, Continuous Improvement Coordinator from October 2011 to August 2013, Area Group Leader Production from August 2007 to September 2011, and Program Launch Manager from September 2005 to July 2007.

Phil also worked at Magna International as a Program Manager from May 2004 to September 2005, and at Siemens VDO Automotive as a Senior Process Engineer from April 1999 to May 2004.

Phil Dekker started their education journey in 1989 at Seneca Polytechnic, where they pursued an Engineering Technologist degree in Mechanical engineering. Phil completed their studies there in 1992. Following this, from 1992 to 1994, Phil attended Lakehead University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering.
