Amber Parker has a diverse work experience in various roles related to editing, publishing, and technical content. Amber started their career in 2015 as an Editorial Intern for A. K. Nicholas, where they gained experience in editing books. Amber then worked as an Editing and Technical Communications Intern at Elite Research, LLC, where they edited academic documents and created web content. After that, they became a Junior Editor and Social Media Strategist at Elite Research, LLC, focusing on editing dissertations and managing social media strategies. In 2016, they joined Henery Press as an Associate Editor and Marketing Coordinator, where they edited manuscripts, formatted documents, and worked on marketing campaigns. In their next role as an Associate Editor at Henery Press, they gained further experience in editing and learned about the publication process. Since 2017, they have been working at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions, LLC, starting as a Junior Technical Content Publisher and progressing to a Senior Technical Content Publisher. In their current role as a Technical Content Publisher Team Lead, they process and publishes service manual data and technical communications for Toyota. Amber has also taken on additional responsibilities as an Associate Program Manager, where they have been involved in administrative tasks, resource development, training, hiring, and collaborating with management on proposals and time-studies.

Amber Parker earned a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communication from Texas Tech University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Midwestern State University from 2010 to 2012, where their field of study was Mechanical Engineering.
