Padma Neela Jillella is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and software engineering. Currently serving as General Manager and Deputy General Manager at Bosch Global Software Technologies since August 2023, Padma leads HR transformation initiatives impacting over 28,000 employees. Previously, Padma held the position of Deputy General Manager at Bosch India, focusing on strategic HR projects and driving talent strategies with a cross-functional team. With a strong foundation in software quality, Padma also contributed significantly to the establishment of HR shared services at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd., where a 90-member team was developed under leadership guidance.
