Padmaja A R has extensive work experience at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions. Padmaja began their career in 1995 and worked as a Gasoline System engineer until 2005. Padmaja then held various leadership positions within the company, including Head of Department for Active Safety from 2007 to 2010, Head of Section for Chassis Control from 2010 to 2015, and Head of Section for Automated Driving and Passive Safety from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Vice President, Business Division Cross Domain Computing starting from 2021.
Padmaja A R completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from Acharya Nagarjuna University from 1984 to 1988. Prior to that, they pursued their education until the 12th standard at Bhilai school.
