Rhea Adri

Rhea Adri currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Bosch Indonesia, overseeing HR operations and developing strategies aligned with business objectives since February 2024. Previously, Rhea participated in a Leadership Program at Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam from June 2023 to February 2024, focusing on leadership development initiatives. Rhea's extensive experience at Bosch Indonesia spans from August 2014 to June 2023, where roles included Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR support to various business units. Rhea began their journey in human resources through the Junior Managers Program, leading significant projects such as employee health initiatives and employer branding. Rhea holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from De La Salle University, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
