Dusan Jaksic

Dusan Jaksic has over 17 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Dusan is currently working as a Senior IT Project Lead at Bosch Srbija since January 2021. Prior to that, Dusan worked at Telenor for 14 years, holding positions such as Channel Development and Business Operations Lead, Business Operations Team Leader, and Fixed-Mobile Convergence Project Implementation Specialist. Dusan also worked as a Business Customer Care Representative, Consumer Contact Center Team Leader, and Consumer Contact Centre Representative during their time at Telenor. Before joining Telenor, Dusan worked at Quelle Ltd as a Residential Service and Sales Representative from December 2004 to May 2006.

Dusan Jaksic completed a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (BASc) degree in New Energetic Technologies and Management in Electrotechnics from The School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of Applied Studies, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Dusan later pursued a Specialist in Business Management (Spec.Econ.) degree in Business Management at The Business School of Applied Studies, where they studied from 2014 to 2015.
