David Porch

David Porch, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for the Automotive Aftermarket at Bosch since May 2019. Prior to this role, David held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation from December 2015 to May 2019, where responsibilities included setting strategic HR direction for the North American division. David's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Director of Human Resources for Bosch North America's Automotive Aftermarket Division from March 2012 to December 2015 and various HR leadership roles at Quad/Graphics Worldcolor, ESSELTE METO, and ITOFCA Consolidators. David began a career in human resources at McDonald's Corporation as an Assistant Manager/HR Supervisor from 1984 to 1990. David holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on HR Management and a BA in Economics, both from Eastern Illinois University.
