Emile Kruijswijk

Emile Kruijswijk is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Advanced Engineering at Bosch since October 2012, focusing on thin metal technologies such as Hydrogen Electrolyzer stacks and E-Motor iron laminated stacks. Previous roles at Bosch include Director and Program Manager for EV E-Motor laminated stacks, where Emile was responsible for product development and manufacturing processes, Senior Manager R&D leading mass-manufacturing processes, and Senior Manager Engineering overseeing Pushbelt product development. Emile's career began with a Junior Managers Program at Bosch after gaining research experience in autonomous cooperative vehicles at Eindhoven University of Technology. Emile holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and completed further studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
