Yuhan Yao

Yuhan Yao, Ph.D., has extensive experience in advanced technology roles, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer for ADAS Systems Software and Services at Bosch. Previously, Yuhan held the position of Engineering Director for Autonomous Driving Development at NIO and worked as System Architect and Tech Lead for Sensing & Perception at Waymo. Earlier in the career, Yuhan was the System Architecture Lead for Sensing and HCI Algorithm at Apple, and served as Lead System Architect for SerDes System and Algorithm at Oracle. Yuhan earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California between 2012 and 2017.
