Brad Sugarman

Brad Sugarman is a seasoned attorney specializing in environmental law, currently serving as Partner and Chair of the Environmental Law Group at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP since July 2017. In addition to legal practice, Sugarman has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law since May 2017, teaching Environmental Litigation and Toxic Torts. Previous positions include Partner and Chair of the Environmental Practice Group at Krieg DeVault LLP and Partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Sugarman's legal career began as an Attorney at Baker & Daniels, along with experience as a Legal Intern at the Natural Resources Defense Council and a Law Clerk at the California Court of Appeals. Sugarman holds a JD from Vermont Law and Graduate School, a BA from the University of Virginia, and participated in a Law Student Exchange Program at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
