Wendy Jacobs

Wendy Jacobs has a strong background in human resources, with a diverse range of roles and experiences. Wendy is currently working as the HR Director at Boskalis Nederland, a position they have held since February 2023. Wendy Jacobs completed their Master's degree in Bedrijfskunde from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2012. Wendy also has a degree in HBO Management van Verandering from 2008 to 2010. Wendy Jacobs obtained a degree in Personeel en Arbeid from Avans University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they attended Breda University of Applied Sciences from 1989 to 1994. Wendy Jacobs also received training in Deep Democracy Basis from Academie voor Organisatiecultuur in 2020 and is an Insights Discovery Practitioner from Insights Discovery in 2019. Wendy further pursued coaching at NCOI Coaching.
