Isabella Iglesias-Musachio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they worked as a Research and Administrative Assistant at the Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect. In 2012, they held the role of International Outreach and Development at the Multicultural Exchange for Sustainable Agriculture. Isabella then joined TechShop - Ateliers Leroy Merlin in 2015 as the Director of Operations, where they played a pivotal role in business development, recruitment, and international partnership liaison. From 2014 to 2017, Isabella worked at TechShop, Inc. as the General Manager, responsible for managing teams, P&L ownership, and sales and marketing direction. In 2019, they joined INFARM as the Senior Expansion Manager, overseeing the expansion and operations of new international markets like the United States, Canada, and Japan. Isabella is currently the CEO & Founder of Bosque Foods, a position they have held since 2020.

Isabella Iglesias-Musachio has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sustainable Development & Sustainable Agriculture from Villanova University. Isabella also pursued Undergraduate Research in India & Argentina with a focus on Sustainable Development and Sustainable Agriculture at the School for International Training from 2009 to 2010.
