Dan Chong

Dan Chong is a seasoned executive in the commercial furnishings industry, currently serving as President at Boss Design since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dan held various leadership positions at MillerKnoll as Vice President of Sales for the Western Division and Ancillary Furniture Brands, and with Knoll, also as Vice President of Sales for the Western Division. Dan's extensive experience includes serving as President at HBF, where the company became known for its contemporary design products, and as Vice President of Sales at The Senator Group, focused on premium commercial furnishings. Dan previously operated as Principal Partner and Owner of architxture LLC, a Steelcase dealership, and spent over 17 years in multiple roles at Steelcase, culminating in the position of Vice President of Design Strategy. Dan holds an MBA in Finance and International Business Management from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BA in Business Economics from Calvin University.
