Etienne Baumann

Etienne Baumann started their work experience at Sage in 2006, where they held roles as a 1st Level Supporter in Customer Services Finance and later as a 2nd Level Supporter in the same department. In 2010, they joined first-accounting.com ltd as a Project Manager for CRM, a position they held for 7 years until 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at Bossard Group, initially as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for CRM, then as a Teamleader for Business Analysts in Sales and Marketing and Project Manager for CRM. Currently, they are the Director of Business Growth Apps and Business Intelligence at the company.

Etienne Baumann completed their education from 2013 to 2016 at SIB Schweizerisches Institut für Betriebsökonomie, earning a diploma in Betriebswirtschafter HF. Etienne also obtained additional certifications including a Business English Certificate (BEC) Vantage from the University of Cambridge, and certifications as a Certified SAFe 6 Agilist, Certified SAFe 6 Product Owner/Product Manager, and Certified SAFe 6 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc.
