Stéphane HINDERER has a diverse work experience in the field of IT enterprise architecture and transformation. Stéphane is currently serving as the Vice President of IT Enterprise Architecture & Transformation at Bossard Group since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Enterprise Architect at the same company from February 2021 to August 2021.
Before joining Bossard Group, Stéphane pursued personal development by undertaking intensive German language courses from August 2020 to January 2021 under My Personal Development.
In the past, Stéphane held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Assura from February 2016 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for defining and implementing the IT information strategy with a specific focus on information security. Stéphane collaborated with the CIO and their team to drive technological transformation across all IT layers while managing the information security budget and team. Stéphane reported the status and provided advice to the Director’s Board and Executive Board.
Stéphane also worked as a Senior IT Solution and Technology Architect at Celgene, where they were responsible for gathering business requirements, improving processes, and proposing cost-effective IT strategies and solutions within a highly regulated environment. During their tenure from May 2013 to January 2016, Stéphane determined technologies that would yield the best return in terms of cost, security, and productivity.
Earlier in their career, Stéphane served in various roles at WINOA, including IT Manager Technology & Security, Lead IT Architect and Project Manager, and IT Infrastructure and Network Engineer. In these roles, they led technology and security architecture, defined technology strategies and roadmaps, managed technology budgets and teams, and oversaw global infrastructure.

Stéphane HINDERER pursued Intensive Courses in German Studies at Club School Migros from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Information Systems from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Grenoble, spanning from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, Cloud Architecture: Design Decisions, The Open Group Certified: TOGAF® 9 Certified, and ITIL Foundation, among others.
