Eslam Ahmed has had a range of roles in the customer service field. Eslam started their career at Etisalat Misr in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative and continued in this role until around 2016. In 2016, they joined Careem where they worked as a Glopal Captain Connect (Nonvoice) for a brief period before becoming a Care Team Lead. Eslam held the role of Care Team Lead at Careem from December 2016 until December 2021. Recently, in 2022, Eslam Ahmed joined Bosta as a Customer Care Lead.
