Rahma Ragab has work experience as a Client Support Specialist (non-voice) at Bosta since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Americana Restaurants from December 2021 to April 2022.

Rahma Ragab pursued their education in the field of mass media and public relations from 2016 to 2020 at Helwan University Cairo. Rahma completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in the mass media department with a specialization in the Public Relations section.
