Clare Namugga

Clare Namugga currently holds the position of Case Management Program Director at Boston Area Rape Crisis Center. With extensive experience in providing direct case management services to sexual assault survivors, Clare ensures the highest quality of care and efficient use of resources. Clare also serves on the Governor's Council to Address Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence, developing recommendations to address housing issues for survivors. Their educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University.
