Librarians and Cataloging Team

About

The Librarians and Cataloging Team at the Boston Athenæum is responsible for the organization, classification, and preservation of the library's extensive and historically significant collections. They ensure that rare and valuable materials, such as the King’s Chapel Library collection and George Washington's personal library, are cataloged accurately for ease of access and research. Additionally, they provide reader services, oversee acquisitions, manage serial publications, and assist with reference inquiries to support the intellectual and informational needs of the library's patrons.
