Dave Czesniuk

Dave Czesniuk is the Managing Director of Boston Ballet School at Boston Ballet. Dave has over 20 years of experience in higher education and community engagement. Prior to their current position, Dave served as the Assistant Dean of Partnerships and Alliances and the Executive Director of Community Engagement at Northeastern University. In this role, Dave was responsible for building strategic alliances across industries to provide new and enhanced academic programs, career pathways programs and advancement opportunities for the University. Dave also served as the Senior Associate Director at the Center for the Study of Sport in Society and as a Performance Enhancement Instructor at the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Dave Czesniuk has a MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Marist College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marist College. Dave Czesniuk also has a certification from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in the Institute for Management and Leadership in Education (MLE).
