Karen Roos

Karen Roos has over 23 years of experience in communication and change management, currently serving as the Internal Communication Lead at The Boston Beer Company since April 2007. In this role, Karen enhances the Brewery Coworker experience by tackling communication gaps, fostering coworker engagement, and managing change during the Business Transformation Program. Previous positions at The Boston Beer Company include Change Manager and various senior management roles overseeing customer operations, project management, and distribution. Prior to this, Karen worked as the Inventory Control Manager at Dellaria Salons from September 2000 to April 2007. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Literature and Language from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, achieved in 1999.
