Andrea Mazzarelli

Director of Marketing at Boston Bruins

Andrea Mazzarelli is the current director of marketing for the Boston Bruins. Andrea has previously worked as the strategic communications and marketing communications coordinator for the United States Olympic Committee from January 2015 to July 2017. In this role, Andrea was responsible for creating and deploying all USOC publications, media guides, and press releases, as well as leading communications efforts centered around Olympism and goodwill.

During the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Andrea served as communications team lead at USA House - the U.S. Olympic Committee's business and hospitality hub - and successfully hosted 12 media events that yielded 950 million earned media impressions. Andrea also worked closely with PR agency FleishmanHillard on the #WeLoveRio campaign, which fostered goodwill between the U.S. and Brazil and resulted in more than 2.4 billion impressions with 280 stories and 100 percent positive sentiment.

In addition to their work with the Olympic Committee, Andrea has also supported Team USA marketing and digital programs - such as the Road to Rio Tour presented by Liberty Mutual Insurance, 100 Day Countdown, and Team USA Awards presented by Dow - through their marketing expertise.

Andrea Mazzarelli's educational career began when they graduated from Revere High School. Andrea then attended college at the College of the Holy Cross and earned their Bachelor of Arts degree.

Andrea Mazzarelli works with Fredrick Bunker - Vice President, Finance, Glen Thornborough - Chief Revenue Officer, and Brandon McNelis - Senior Director of Communications & Content. Andrea Mazzarelli reports to Cam Neely, President & Alternate Governor.
