Briana Mai is a Human Resources Associate at the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center since July 2022, responsible for onboarding interns and volunteers, maintaining employee file organization, and assisting in talent acquisition tasks. Previous experience includes an internship as an HR Recruiter, where responsibilities involved cataloging and analyzing artwork from Pompeii, and a Group Leader role that focused on planning enrichment activities and communicating with parents. Briana also served as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Teacher Assistant at Chung Wah Academy, and held additional positions in front desk administration and medical record management. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Briana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a High School Diploma from O'Bryant School Math/Science.
