Flavia Chettiar

Flavia Chettiar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Country HR Manager at Buro Happold since January 2024, Flavia has held the same position at Buro Happold from October 2019 to June 2023, alongside a role as Senior Human Resources Consultant. Prior to this, Flavia worked at Leighton Asia from February 2013 to October 2019, progressing through various HR roles, including Assistant Manager and Senior Executive. Flavia holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management, obtained between July 2014 and April 2017, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from S.I.E.S College of Commerce & Economics, completed from 2008 to 2011.
