Kelly Huang

Kelly (Lingkan) Huang is an experienced educator and administrator with a strong background in language instruction and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Youth Programs at the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center, Kelly has previously contributed as an IB Examiner for Chinese A: Literature with the International Baccalaureate from May 2015 to November 2023. Additional roles include Assistant General Manager and Educational Consultant at aBridge Cultural Consultants, and a long tenure at Shanghai Community International Schools, where Kelly taught and supervised various international baccalaureate programs from 2004 to 2020. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature from East China Normal University.
