Benjamin Patt is a Real Estate Agent at Boston City Properties since June 2021, bringing prior experience from various roles in the service and finance sectors. Previously, Benjamin served at the Eastern Yacht Club and worked as a Wealth Management Intern at Raymond James, supporting the Portfolio Management Team with research and client portfolio analysis. Additional experience includes managing the cafe at Manchester Athletic Club and serving as a Front Desk Attendant at the YMCA of Greater Boston, where customer service and account management skills were developed. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Philosophy from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, earned in December 2021, and graduated from Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School in 2017.
