Amy has extensive experience in career advising, currently serving as the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Career Advising at Boston College's Carroll School of Management since August 1992. In this role, Amy focuses on career readiness for undergraduate students, providing industry-specific coaching, teaching a "Career Accelerator" course, and managing initiatives related to employer branding. Previous positions include Associate Director for Undergraduate Career Advising and Associate Director for Career Education & Outreach at Boston College. Prior to this, Amy worked as an Assistant Director at Tufts University and as a graduate student at the University of Vermont, where Amy earned a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
