Ann Houston

Ann Houston is a highly experienced professional in the housing and real estate sector, currently serving as semi-retired adjunct faculty at Boston College since September 2023. Houston holds leadership roles as Chair of the Newton Affordable Housing Trust and as a member of the Newton Housing Partnership. Previously, Houston served as Chief Executive Officer of Opportunity Communities, LLC, and has been a board member at the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation since 2008. Additionally, Houston contributed to First Republic Bank's Community Advisors Board and worked as Executive Director at The Neighborhood Developers from 2003 to 2018. Engagements with NeighborWorks America and Citizens' Housing and Planning Association involved various leadership capacities.
