Juan Sebastian Montes

Juan Sebastian Montes is an academic and professional with extensive experience in strategy, organizational behavior, and public policy. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of the Practice at Boston College since June 2015, Juan focuses on teaching and research in these fields. Prior to this role, Juan held a professorship at Adolfo Ibáñez University from 1996 to June 2015 and taught at Boston University's Questrom School of Business from September 2013 to May 2015. Additionally, Juan served as the Governor of the Los Lagos region in Chile from March 2010 to November 2012 and was the CEO of Salmofood from 2004 to 2006. Juan's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration and Management from IESE Business School and a Bachelor of Laws (J.D.) from Universidad de Chile.
