Kristin Reed, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academic advising, project management, and operations. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Academic Advising at Boston College, Kristin designs and facilitates training for advisors to enhance the student experience. Prior to this role, Kristin was self-employed as an Assistant Director of Education and Training Initiatives and as a Project and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing large-scale projects and developing effective business practices. Kristin's previous roles at Boston College spanned various positions in procurement services, including Strategic Sourcing Officer, where process improvements and project management were key focuses. With a strong educational background that includes an MBA from Boston College's Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in English, Kristin has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in leadership, strategic planning, and communication throughout a diverse career.
