Sara Laprade is an accomplished engineering and technology professional with extensive experience in the robotics and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff - Technology at Boston Dynamics since September 2022, Sara focuses on building scalable R&D partnerships to address critical robotics challenges. Prior to this role, Sara was a Principal Engineer at Berkshire Grey, analyzing customer operations to optimize system design. Sara's tenure at Amazon spanned nearly six years, during which time prominent roles included Robotics Lead Design Engineer and Senior Program Manager for Middle Mile Planning, emphasizing mathematical optimization and transportation network efficiency.
