Robert Mitchison has a diverse background in the renewable energy sector, specifically in wind turbine servicing and maintenance. Robert has held various leadership roles in companies such as Spencer Ogden and Boston Energy, where Robert has led teams in carrying out annual services, component exchanges, and retrofit campaigns. With a strong technical background and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, Robert has demonstrated a commitment to efficiency and productivity through the implementation of Lean Service models. Prior to their work in the renewable energy sector, Robert served as a Royal Marines Commando and gained educational qualifications in engineering.
