Ed Ronan

First Vice President, Capital Transactions at Boston Financial

Ed Ronan began their work experience in 2006 as an Equity Research Analyst at Virtua Research. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at Boston Capital as an Acquisitions Analyst, where they reviewed and analyzed prospective deal opportunities. Ed then became an Asset Manager, managing a portfolio of 130 affordable multifamily properties. In 2011, Ronan joined Boston Financial Investment Management, LP as an Assistant Vice President, Capital Transactions, where they developed strategic plans for the disposition of multifamily assets. Ed later became a Vice President and eventually a First Vice President, specializing in multifamily dispositions and year 15 strategies.

Ed Ronan attended Trinity College-Hartford, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. Later, they pursued higher education at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, earning an MBA with a focus in Finance.
