Staff Research Engineer at Boston Fusion Corp

Hank Hannon has worked in various research roles since 2016. In 2016, they were a Research Assistant at William & Mary, where they conducted independent research over the summer and during the following year. In 2017 and 2018, they were a Research Employee at Tufts University Department of Mechanical Engineering. In 2020, they were an Intern Research Programmer at Boston Fusion, where they worked on and completed the sanitization and preparation for a large dataset (~20 Terabytes) for public release. In 2021, they became a Staff Research Engineer at Boston Fusion.

Hank Hannon obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from William & Mary in 2019. Hank then went on to pursue a Masters of Mathematics in Mathematical Statistics and Probability at Tufts University, which they are currently enrolled in and is expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, Hank has obtained four certifications from Coursera in 2021, including "A Complete Reinforcement Learning System (Capstone)", "Prediction and Control with Function Approximation", "Sample-based Learning Methods", and "Fundamentals of Reinforcement Learning".
