Justin Oliveira has a long and varied work experience. In 2019, they founded and became the CEO of Boston Geospatial. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Co-Founder, President, and CEO of Analytical Space. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at the White House Office of Management and Budget as a Human Spaceflight Program Examiner and a NASA & Smithsonian Program Examiner. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration in multiple positions, including Crosscutting Analysis Lead, Operations Research Analyst, Principal Investigator of CryoCube, KSC Thermal Control Subtopic SBIR Manager, STTR Technical Monitor, Committee Member, Detailee of Strategic Investments Division, SBIR Technical Monitor, and Analyst of Analysis Branch. From 2007 to 2005, they worked at Piper Aircraft as a Flight Test Engineer and Flight Test Engineer Intern. From 2006 to 2005, they worked at Florida Institute of Technology as a Researcher and TA/GSA.
Justin Oliveira began their educational career at Ayer High School, where they graduated in 2002. Justin then attended Florida Institute of Technology, where they obtained a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering with a focus on Aerodynamics/Propulsion in 2006. Justin continued their studies at the same school and received an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering with a focus on Thermal/Fluids in 2007. Finally, they attended Harvard Business School, where they received an MBA in 2017.
