Andrew Whitlock

Andrew Whitlock, CEM, PMP, is an accomplished Industrial Energy Efficiency Engineer currently serving as a Task Lead and Technical Project Monitor III at Boston Government Services, LLC since April 2023. With a robust background in energy research and project management, Andrew previously managed a portfolio of federal R&D energy projects at Booz Allen Hamilton and coordinated industrial energy efficiency initiatives at the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy. Earlier experience includes roles as a data analyst in energy services and as a supervisor in manufacturing. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.
