Leah McGovern

Leah McGovern is an accomplished Technical Project Monitor/Engineer II at Boston Government Services, LLC, with a strong background in energy efficiency and project management gained from roles at Eversource Energy, where Leah designed and implemented zero net energy construction programs, and served as an Associate Energy Efficiency Consultant. Previous experience includes a scholarship-funded intensive Mandarin language program at Guizhou University and internships at ExxonMobil, contributing to clean fuels refining and chemical planning. Leah holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, complemented by additional studies at National Taiwan University and various research experiences in emerging energy technologies.
