Sacha Talarico

Sacha Talarico is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef de Cuisine at Bin 26 Enoteca. Previously, Sacha held the position of Sous Chef at the Boston Harbor Hotel since May 2015. Sacha's culinary education was completed at c.f.p.a. Casargo, where a degree in culinary art was earned, specializing in executive and pastry chef skills from 2000 to 2002.
