Ajinkya Jape

Ajinkya Jape is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile hospitality environments. Currently serving as Senior Sous Chef at Marriott International since May 2025, Ajinkya has previously held positions as Executive Chef at Silver Hotel Group and Banquet Chef at The Calgary Stampede. Additionally, Ajinkya has substantial banquet experience from roles at Hockley Valley Resort and Marriott International, along with experience as Chef de Partie at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and Line Cook at Il Buco. Early career stages included work as Commis 2 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Ajinkya holds a Master’s Degree in Italian Cuisine from George Brown College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Production from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Hyderabad. Early education was completed at Saraswati Bhuwan College of Science and Deulgaon Raja High School.
