Colleen Fox Swartz

Colleen Fox Swartz is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Ambulatory Operations at Boston Medical Center since January 2022. Prior to this role, Colleen held the position of Director of Development, Planning and Implementation for MassHealth - Office of Long Term Services and Supports with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from August 2018 to January 2022. Colleen's extensive experience at Public Consulting Group from November 2001 to January 2018 included roles from Consultant to Vice President of Client Partnerships. Earlier in her career, Colleen worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Financial Analysis at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Colleen holds an AB in English from Bowdoin College and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
