James Betz

James Betz is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in operations and strategy within ambulatory care settings. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Ambulatory Strategy & Operations at Tampa General Hospital since February 2022, James previously held multiple roles, including Senior Director and Director of Operations, at The GW Medical Faculty Associates from February 2009 to February 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Emergency Department Technician at The George Washington University Hospital. James holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, Emergency Health Services, and Biology from The George Washington University, along with a Paramedic certificate from the College of Southern Maryland.
