Krissy Coffey

Krissy Coffey has extensive experience in training and instructional design, currently serving as the Training Manager at Boston Medical Center since January 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the eMerge (Epic) Training Program and managing a team of ten. Previously, Krissy held the role of Senior Epic Instructional Designer, working closely with Application Analysts and Clinical Departments to create interactive learning solutions. Prior experience includes serving as an Imaging and Therapeutic Services Application Specialist at MEDITECH, providing hands-on training in medical software, and as Shift Supervisor A at CVS Caremark Corporation, where management of daily operations and staff was a primary focus. Krissy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Nichols College, earned in 2008.
