Joshua Crenshaw serves as the Operations Engineering Team Lead and Operations Engineer at Boston Metal since November 2023, focusing on developing and operating Molten Oxide Electrolysis cells to optimize metal production while enhancing quality and minimizing environmental impact. Prior experience includes customer service roles at Tatte Bakery & Cafe, and a range of engineering co-op positions at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Alden Lab, and Evoqua Water Technologies, where Joshua contributed to diverse projects such as designing thermal analysis programs and creating custom prototypes. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a high school diploma from Episcopal School of Jacksonville.
