Devin Caulfield has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. In 2017, Devin worked at the National Science Foundation (NSF) where they developed a Data Visualization Application using MATLAB for early prediction of ideal manufacturing processes. In 2018, they joined Lenze Americas Corporation as a Technical Solutions Engineer, where they led the mechanical design of an end-of-line test fixture and programmed PLCs and HMIs for multi-axis machine synchronization. Currently, since 2020, Devin is working at Boston Micromachines Corp as a Product Engineer, responsible for designing mechanical components, managing vendors and contractors, and coordinating timelines and resources for new product launches. Additionally, they also designed optical assemblies and custom hardware for a Retinal Imaging Machine project and integrated new hardware into existing systems.

Devin Caulfield obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2014 to 2018. In 2016, Devin also participated in a Semester Abroad program at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in the field of Mechanical Engineering. In July 2022, Devin obtained a certification in "Introduction to Python - 5 Course Track" from the University of Michigan.
