Brendan Keating

Brendan Keating is an accomplished finance and real estate professional with extensive leadership experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Local Asset Management since May 2024, Brendan emphasizes a localized approach to real estate investments. Brendan has held prominent roles at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate as Chairman and CEO since July 2015, and previously contributed as Co-Managing Partner at Boston Omaha Asset Management from January 2023 to May 2024. Prior to these roles, Brendan was a Managing Member at 24th Street Asset Management from January 2020 to May 2023 and served as Principal at The Equity Group from 2005 to July 2015. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Finance and Entrepreneurship, from Creighton University, completed in 2004.
