Joshua Rosenthal

Joshua Rosenthal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joshua currently works as the Chief of Operations at the Boston Public Library since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Experience at allwhere from April 2022 to January 2023. Joshua also spent a significant portion of their career at WeWork, where they held various roles such as Sr. Director of Member Experience, Sr. Director of Operations - Tri-State (Interim), Sr. Director of Business Operations - Atlantic, Director of Operations, Northeast, Manager of Building Openings, and Operations Lead. Joshua was responsible for overseeing building operations, new building openings, coordinating with various teams, and managing budgets and vendors. Additionally, Joshua served in the New York Army National Guard as a Company Commander and an Intelligence Officer, where they supervised intelligence functions and managed daily operations. Joshua also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Compliance Officer and at Election Systems & Software as the Assistant Canvas Director for the Bloomberg for Mayor 2009 campaign.

Joshua Rosenthal attended Lynn University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Behavioral Science. Prior to their time at Lynn University, they attended Poly Prep in 1998. Additionally, Joshua has obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
