Abhimanyu Dasgupta

Abhimanyu Dasgupta is a seasoned compliance and legal professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Principal of Compliance at Boston Scientific since September 2025, Abhimanyu previously held the position of DGM of Business Ethics Compliance at MANKIND PHARMA LTD from June 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing implementation of compliance frameworks and serving as a key advisor on healthcare provider interactions. Earlier roles included Manager at Accenture, where Abhimanyu conducted internal investigations, and Compliance Manager at Novo Nordisk, managing ethics programs and supporting global audits. Abhimanyu has also held managerial and legal positions at Alkem Laboratories, Reliance Communications, and R K Dewan & Co, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Pune University.
