Bill Zois

Bill Zois has over two decades of experience in compliance within the finance industry, currently serving as Principal and Director of Compliance at Pzena Investment Management since August 2014. Responsibilities at Pzena include overseeing the Code of Ethics, managing advertising reviews, and ensuring compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940 along with private fund documentation. Prior positions include Vice President and Senior Compliance Analyst at Brean Capital, where Bill focused on compliance for the Investment Advisory business, and various compliance roles at Citigroup, Pali Capital, and Seaboard Securities. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University, obtained in 1994.
