Derek Klossner

Derek Klossner is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Boston Scientific since July 2022. In addition to this role, Derek has been a Senior Enlisted Leader in the United States Air Force since February 1999, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to leadership and service. Prior to Boston Scientific, Derek held the position of Director of Information Technology at Optum from April 2013 to July 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Project Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, an Associate in Applied Science in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Recreation from the University of Minnesota.
