Jeff Mirviss

EVP & President, Peripheral Interventions at Boston Scientific

Jeffrey B. Mirviss is our executive vice president and president, Peripheral Interventions, a position he has held since February 2020. In this role, he is responsible for developing and bringing to market innovative solutions for treating patients with arterial and venous system blockages and cancer. Prior to his current role, he was our senior vice president and president, Peripheral Interventions, from January 2013 until January 2020, and president, Peripheral Interventions from July 2011 to January 2013. Mr. Mirviss has more than 28 years of experience in medical device and pharmaceutical general management, marketing and sales. Since joining Boston Scientific in 1997, Mr. Mirviss also served as our vice president, Group Global Marketing, Cardiology, Rhythm and Vascular and vice president, Global Cardiology Marketing. Prior to joining Boston Scientific, Mr. Mirviss worked for companies ranging in size from a pre-revenue venture-backed medical device startup to Dow 30 companies. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
